Remixing History: An Interactive and Immersive Visual Performance.

The one day installation for Nuit Blanche illuminated the massive glass wall of the National Library of Quebec (BAnQ) and an entire section of Berri Street.

Visible from inside and out, the immersive visual experience created by Emmanuel Sevigny (Playmind) brought to life the BAnQ’s archival collections, including photographs, postcards, posters, maps and prints.

The installation let viewers dive into history to the rhythms of DJ Arthur Comeau, former member of Radio Radio.
Visitors could interact with the installation by creating flying-like movements and instantaneously appear among the archives on the massive tableau mixed with vibrant sounds and light.
